  Payments,Terms & Conditions

• Payment methods accepted are Paypal, CashApp, and Zelle. No Western Unions or checks. Once an order is submitted to Queen Crafts an invoice will be sent to you. Please send your email address and zip code to calculate shipping costs. Do not request an invoice until you are ready to pay. Production begins once payment is made.

• Please contact Queen Crafts directly for pricing and shipping quotes on custom-made items. Prices vary due to sizes ordered, color(s) requested, and designs requested.

* Queen Crafts is not responsible for any injuries or damage that may occur from the usage of goods. Proper care instructions will be given to maintain your purchase for as long as possible. 

*Please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for your work to be done. Rush orders will have an additional fee added to be placed as a priority over already pending orders. If you are having your order shipped it usually takes 2 or 3 business days to receive. During holidays it could take up to 4 days. Plan accordingly. 

• Please note that a labor fee is added in addition to the materials you will need to make the desired project. The more complex the design is, the fee will increase. 

• Estimated time of how long it will take to complete your items will be given. Sometimes unforeseen events like out-of-stock materials, holidays, and weather can delay your shipping.

​• All purchases are non-refundable with the exception of your package arriving damaged due to USPS handling. I cannot resell custom-made products. If you pay for a project and decide to cancel after the crafting has begun or are not satisfied, the costs of purchasing the materials plus a $25 fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Queen Crafts is not responsible for paying for materials on an abandoned order. Also, time spent to begin production is lost from incomplete orders. 

• Queen Crafts uses The United States Post Office to ship orders. USPS charges based on the size of the box, weight, and distance. Be aware that any box over 12x12x12 has an inflated rate. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped. You are responsible for picking up your package from USPS if required. If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to send it back to you. 

• All bottles shipped are empty. Empty bottles can be refilled easily with a funnel that is available at most retail stores. Glassware has a long life if you maintain it properly. Dishwasher cleaning is not suggested. Hand wipe with a damp towel and air dry. Never soak your items in a sink. It will ruin the finish of your piece.

• Bulk orders will be discounted. 

• Customers that share and tag their Queen Crafts purchases on social media may be eligible for discounts. 

• Photos and/or videos will be sent to you before shipping.

 

Your final approval:

 

• All orders must be submitted in writing via therealqueencrafts.com, Queen Crafts facebook page, Instagram, or email. No verbal orders over the phone. No exceptions. If there are any disputes, I as well as the customer will have the agreement to revisit in writing to verify what was ordered.

 

• Any additional questions you have can be answered by filling in the "Order Now" forms on pages or by sending an email to queencrafts@yahoo.com 

• Inquiries sent after business hours will be answered the next business day.

 

• Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of ordering unless a payment arrangement has been made via Paypal.
